Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to The Sixth Element School and is uniformly applicable across all its campuses and branches (collectively, “School”).
Non-Refundable Payments
All fees, including but not limited to admission fees, tuition fees, transportation fees, activity fees, term fees, and any other charges (“Fees”), once paid to the School, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This condition applies irrespective of the mode of payment, the academic term, or the reason cited for the refund request.
No Cancellations or Withdrawals
Admissions, enrolment requests, or continuation of services cannot be cancelled once processed. The School does not entertain cancellations, withdrawals, or fee reversals for any reason including, but not limited to, relocation of the student, change of circumstances, dissatisfaction with facilities or services, or non-attendance.
Fee Obligation & Dues
Submission of an admission form, enrolment form, or continuation confirmation constitutes a financial commitment for the applicable academic term/year. Parents/Guardians are responsible for timely payment of all dues irrespective of the student’s attendance or participation in academic or extracurricular activities.
Discontinuation During Term
If a student is withdrawn from the School before completion of the relevant academic term or year, all Fees paid shall remain non-refundable, and the School reserves the right to seek settlement of any unpaid dues for the remainder of that term/year, where applicable.
Seat Reservation and Admissions
Any amounts paid towards seat reservation, application, assessment, or admissions are considered part of the Fee structure and are non-refundable whether or not the student ultimately joins the School.
Non-Transferability
Fees paid are non-transferable between students, siblings, campuses, or academic sessions, and cannot be adjusted against future dues unless explicitly approved in writing by the School’s authorized representative.
Special Circumstances
The School does not provide refunds due to force majeure events (including pandemics, natural disasters, government directives, or other events beyond reasonable control). In such cases, the School reserves the right to modify academic delivery (including shifting to online or hybrid modalities) without refund obligations.
Amendment Clause
The School reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on the official School communication channel(s) at the time of payment shall be deemed applicable.
Acknowledgment
By submitting the admission/enrolment form and/or making any payment to the School, the Parent/Guardian acknowledges and agrees to this Policy in full and waives any claims for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or reversals.
