Notes:

  1. The school’s academic year is from April to March.
  2. The school has the right to reject my registration/ application form if the documents/ information submitted are found to be false or incorrect.
  3. The caution money paid by parents will stand forfeited in the following cases:
    1. If they do not claim the caution money for a period of 6 months after their Child leaves the school.
    2. If parents fail to give notice one month prior to the date of withdrawal.
    3. If the child joins a new session in April and leaves within the next three months of joining.
    4. If they withdraw their ward without formally (written) informing the school of the withdrawal.
  4. The Composite School Fee does not include charges for uniforms, textbooks, or annual fees.
  5. Fee Rebates:
    1. Annual Payment Rebate: 5% rebate on Composite School Fee if all fee components for the entire year are paid upfront by 15th May.
    2. Sibling Rebate: The younger sibling(s) will receive a 100% rebate on caution money and admission fees until the elder sibling continues to be enrolled in school. 20% discount on Composite School Fee to sibling(s).
  6. Payments not received by the ‘Pay By Date’ shall attract a ‘Late Fee Penalty’, INR 100 per day on the outstanding amount. Payments not received within 45 days of the ‘Pay By Date’ shall result in the cancellation of enrolment.
  7. Withdrawals from School can only happen at the end of a Quarter. End-of-quarter 1 withdrawals should be intimated by 30 October, and end-of-year withdrawals should be intimated by 30 March. Withdrawal intimations after the said dates shall attract a ‘Notice Period Fee,’ equivalent to two instalments of the Composite School Fee applicable for the student for the following semester.
  8. The fee structure of TSE is governed by the rules, policies, terms and conditions as detailed in the Parent Student Handbook, as amended from time to time by the school management at its sole discretion.
